An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Norfold, VA area for an individual with experience as an Associate Attorney with a background in Family Law, Traffic and Misdemeanor Litigation.

This position would earn a generous base salary up to $100k (DOE) and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

·        Experience handling Family Law, Traffic and/or Misdemeanor matters is REQUIRED

·        Experience representing clients in court and handling hearings is REQUIRED

·        Experience drafting, filing and arguing legal motions is REQUIRED

·        Experience preparing legal documents, pleadings and other court filings is REQUIRED

·        Experience managing multiple cases and maintaining case deadlines is REQUIRED

·        Admission to the Virginia State Bar or the ability to become licensed to practice in Virginia is REQUIRED
