Overview:

The Senior Staff Accountant, Tax Manager and Senior Tax Manager role require expertise in accounting, tax planning, compliance, and team leadership. The candidate will oversee financial reporting, manage tax strategies, and ensure adherence to tax regulations while supporting the broader accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex financial statements, tax returns, and reports.
• Manage tax compliance and filings, including federal, state, and international returns.
• Provide tax planning strategies for businesses and individuals to minimize tax liability.
• Lead and mentor accounting and tax teams, ensuring timely and accurate work.
• Stay updated on tax laws and financial regulations to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on tax-related projects and audits.
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making and tax strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Extensive experience in accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
• Proficiency with accounting software and tax preparation tools.
