An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the River Ridge, LA area for an individual with 10+ years’ experience as an Marine Applications Engineer with a background in the maritime industry. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including:
· Employer pays 80% of employee (and dependents) medical premiums, 50% dental premiums and offer 3 different types of health plans

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration
· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or other related discipline is REQUIRED
· 10+ years’ experience working with hybrid diesel electrical instrumentation, propulsion systems, marine electrical systems and diesel engines is REQUIRED
· Previous project management experience is a BIG PLUS
· Previous experience with engines for maritime vessels such as boats, ships, and yachts are highly desired
· Previous role as an FAE or Sales Engineer is highly desired
· Proficient with AutoCAD and MS Office applications
