An outstanding, full-time position has become available in the Silverthorne, CO area for an individual with 3+ years’ experience managing HOA portfolios as a Community Association Manager. Required work experience includes:
· 3+ years of experience in HOA Portfolio Management is a MUST
· Demonstrated experience with coordinating and running Board Meetings and working with a Board of Directors is a MUST
· High level of Organizational and Time Management skills in providing responsive customer service and scheduling subsequent client services/repairs, is a MUST
· Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, Budget Management, Billing, Electronic Filing, etc. is a MUST
· Community Association Management certification or licensure (e.g. M100 course completion, CMCA, CPM, etc.) is a BIG PLUS
· Experience in Establishing and Managing Contracts, Site Inspections, and Obtaining Proposals is a PLUS
