Asphalt Maintenance Estimator – Commercial Contracts

An outstanding full-time opportunity is available in the Thornton, CO area for an experienced Commercial Asphalt Maintenance Estimator with direct estimating experience in pavement preservation and repair. This role supports a growing contractor specializing in recurring maintenance work including sealcoating, crack sealing, patching, overlays, and asphalt rehabilitation for commercial, municipal, and HOA properties. Potential income from $120-200k with commission.

MUST HAVE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• 5+ years estimating commercial asphalt/pavement maintenance and services to specifically include sealcoating, crack fill, patching, overlays, milling
• Demonstrated ability to generate and maintain commercial asphalt maintenance business through existing relationships with property managers, GCs, HOAs, or municipalities (REQUIRED)
• Direct experience with commercial property portfolios such as parking lots, retail, industrial, HOA, or municipal assets is REQUIRED
• Ability to perform accurate takeoffs, cost analysis, and bid preparation for maintenance-driven work
• Experience estimating or managing recurring maintenance contracts or service agreements

Compensation: $120,000–$200,000 total potential with commission (DOE)
