An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Danville, AL area for an individual with 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent with a background in Commercial and K-12 Construction projects. This position would be responsible for supervising construction sites throughout Alabama and earn a generous base salary with a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Gas Card, Company Truck/Allowance, PTO and other outstanding perks.

Required work experience:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience on mid-large Commercial projects (including K-12, Heavy Masonry, Storm shelter, Concrete, etc.) is a MUST

• Experience with maintaining daily logs (including manpower, timecards, daily site activities, equipment logs, safety documentation, etc.) is a MUST

• Experience in Construction Administration and Supervision (including labor and material planning, punch lists, permitting, managing on-site personnel and subcontracted trades- up to 25 individuals) is a MUST

• Experience reading blue prints is a MUST

• Experience ensuring all safety and OSHA requirements are followed is a MUST

• OSHA certification is a BIG PLUS

• Experience with PlanGrid is a BIG PLUS
