Process Engineer / Continuous Improvement Lead – Manufacturing

2 outstanding, permanent, full-time positions have become available in the Navasota, TX area for a hands-on individual with experience in process engineering and/or continuous improvement. These roles are focused on driving operational excellence, improving production efficiency, and supporting plant-level performance improvements.

These positions are ideal for individuals who enjoy working on the shop floor, solving real production problems, and implementing measurable improvements in manufacturing environments

This posting covers two related roles:

• Process Engineer – Focused on developing, optimizing, and improving manufacturing processes, workflows, tooling, and production systems.

• Continuous Improvement Lead – Focused on leading Lean, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives, working cross-functionally to drive efficiency and quality improvements.

Required Experience:

• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment (any of the following industries preferred: industrial manufacturing, HVAC, chemicals, metals, automotive, oil & gas, or similar)
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other CI methodologies is REQUIRED
• Proficiency in analyzing production data to identify trends, solve problems, and implement process improvements is REQUIRED
• Experience creating or improving SOPs, tooling, or workflows is HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Proven ability to contribute to or lead process improvement initiatives with measurable results.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working with production, quality, engineering, or planning teams is REQUIRED
