Process Engineer / Continuous Improvement Lead – Manufacturing

2 outstanding, permanent, full-time positions have become available in the Navasota / Brenham, TX area for a hands-on individual with experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, and polymer/elastomer manufacturing. This position offers a competitive salary, along with the opportunity to work with a growing manufacturing team focused on operational excellence, process optimization, and quality improvements.

This posting covers two related roles:

• Process Engineer – focus on developing, optimizing, and improving manufacturing processes, tooling, and workflows.

• Continuous Improvement Lead – focus on leading CI initiatives, Lean/Six Sigma projects, and cross-functional process improvements.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• Hands-on experience with polymer/elastomer manufacturing processes, including compression molding, injection molding, milling, or other material-specific techniques
• 1–5 years of process engineering or continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment is REQUIRED
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other CI methodologies is REQUIRED
• Proficiency in analyzing production data to identify trends, solve problems, and implement process improvements is REQUIRED
• Experience creating or improving SOPs, tooling, or workflows is HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working with production, quality, engineering, or planning teams is REQUIRED
