An outstanding position has become available at a highly reputable law firm in Los Angeles, CA for an Employment Attorney with experience in Wage & Hour Class Action cases. Required experience:

• 2+ years of Employment and Labor Litigation experience is a MUST
• Experience with Wage & Hour (W&H) Class Action cases (plaintiff side) is a MUST
• Experienced in Motion practice, Written Discovery, Depositions, Pleadings, Legal Research, Trial/preparation, Mediations, Negotiations, Delivering Arguments, etc.is a MUST
• Results driven personality with the ability to Self-motivate is a BIG PLUS
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited Law School with California Bar admission is REQUIRED

Associate and Senior level positions are both available due to an increase in volume of cases, as well as a unique opportunity for a mid-senior level Intake Attorney for this department.
