An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Garden City, ID area for an individual with 3+ years’ experience as a Field Application Engineer with a background in flash storage products, including SSDs, NAND flash, and DRAM technologies, semiconductor, or hardware industry. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is REQUIRED; a Master’s degree is a PLUS

• 3+ years of experience in field applications engineering, technical support, or similar roles within the flash storage products, including SSDs, NAND flash, and DRAM technologies, semiconductor, or hardware industry is a PLUS.

• Strong understanding of storage interfaces such as NVMe, SATA, PCIe, and SCSI is a PLUS

• Strong knowledge of storage technologies and system architectures is HIGHLY PREFERRED

• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, storage system drivers and software, including Linux, Windows at the system level is HIGHLY PREFERRED

• Limited client visits and traveling
