An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Raleigh, NC area for an individual with 15+ years’ experience as an Architectural PM with a background in Commercial projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, Life insurance, a 401K w/ matching, bonus potential, a flexible spending account, PTO, and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

·        15+ years of Architectural PM experience with Commercial projects is PREFERRED

·        Experience with Local Government, Education, and/or Faith Based projects is a BIG PLUS

·        Experience with Project Management responsibilities including Project Tracing, Consultant Coordination, design documentation, etc. is a MUST

·        Experience with REVIT and Bluebeam is a MUST

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited school is a MUST

·        Architectural license is REQUIRED
