Operations Data Analyst – Manufacturing / Production

An outstanding, full-time, permanent position has become available in the Navasota, TX area for an individual with experience in data analysis in support of plant operations and continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a growing manufacturing team focused on operational excellence. This is an on-site role.

All candidates MUST have the following experience to qualify for consideration:

•      2+ years of experience analyzing manufacturing / plant / production data is REQUIRED

•      Experience using an ERP system in a manufacturing environment (JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a BIG PLUS

•      Experience analyzing production KPIs including yield, scrap, and downtime is a PLUS

•      Experience working with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to drive process improvements.

•      Strong SQL and Excel skills are REQUIRED

•      Experience supporting Lean / Six Sigma initiatives through data analysis is HIGHLY PREFERRED

•      Background in polymer, rubber, or industrial manufacturing environments is a BIG PLUS

•      Ability to work on-site for this position is REQUIRED
