We are seeking a talented and passionate Associate Attorney to fight for impoverished families in the Vancouver, WA area! We are looking for someone who is ready to take on a fulfilling role and use their legal expertise to make a real difference in the lives of the community. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering an employee retirement plan and WSBA dues reimbursement. Hire may also qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and Temporary Expanded PSLF Certification.     

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in a Legal Advocate role (non-profit, public defender, child advocacy, immigration law, parental rights defense, civil rights, legal aide, etc.) is PREFERRED
• Passion and ability to help people in crisis is REQUIRED 
• Previous experience representing low-income and Indigent Cliental is a BIG PLUS
• Fluency in Spanish is a BIG PLUS
• Washington State Bar License (or open to reciprocity, waiver on motion or comity into the Washington Bar within a reasonable time of hire) is REQUIRED
