• Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible for making a feasible, safe and sound mechanical system design of a given project with heavy emphasis in commercial and healthcare related projects
• Design & develop full set of Commercial Mechanical drawings including HVAC, fire protection, gas and plumbing systems
• Represent company and interact with contracts/ subcontractors and clients regularly
• Development of system narratives (writing, organizing the document, develop concepts)
• Utilize programs such as AutoCAD, Revit and Excel daily

• Required Work Experience/Skills:8+ years of experience as an Mechanical Engineer working within building design
• Demonstrated experience working in healthcare, medical or hospital design is a MAJOR PLUS
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field (BSME, BSMET) a MUST
• PE (Professional Engineer) is a MAJOR PLUS
