An outstanding, full-time position has become available in the Lowell, MA area for an individual with 8+ years’ experience in HVAC Engineering and Project Management with Design experience. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, Life insurance, an IRA w/ matching, profit sharing, PTO and other outstanding perks.

Required work experience includes:

·        8+ years of experience in HVAC system design, with a consulting or engineering firm is a MUST

·        Proficiency in HVAC design software and tools, (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, and load calculation software) is a MUST

·        Demonstrated skill in communicating and collaborating with Architects, Clients/Owners, and Engineers is a MUST

·        Prior Project Management experience is a BIG PLUS

·        No degree required
