An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Stephenville, TX area for an individual with 10 years’ experience as an Assistant Plant Manager with a background in mechanical engineering for a food manufacturing/processing facility.

This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

·        Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, electrical, or manufacturing engineering is a MUST

·        Extensive experience in production scheduling is a MUST

·        Reviewing and/or establishing work procedures and duty assignments is a MUST

·        Ability to resolve production or processing problems is a MUST

·        Ensuring that all main and production planning meet company standards for QEHS is a MUST

·        Assisting with inventory management is a MUST

·        Meeting regulatory requirements for food safety is a MUST
